About Us

Welcome, we're glad you're here. Yoga at the Quay is inspired by Laura's mission to make traditional yoga accessible for everyone. Teaching for over a decade, she watched the yoga movement grow in popularity but diminish its values in the repackaging for consumer markets. This dissection of a holistic practice didn't fit, so she created a space to return to the roots of living Yoga. We offer accessible practices to nurture your mind, body, and spirit in fun and relatable ways. With classes capped at 12 participants, you'll receive personalized attention from experienced teachers adept at supporting recovery from injuries and diverse needs. Inclusivity is at our core, providing a safe, supportive space where everyone is welcome.
