Upstairs on the 2nd Floor of River Market. River Market is located one block south of the New Westminster Skytrain station.
- West through the Skytrain Station, turn south on McInnes Overpass, take the elevator down to level 1, and head east (left) to the Market.
- East through the Skytrain Station take the elevator to ground level from the Skytrain platform to 8th Street, head south (right) to Columbia Street, proceed east on Columbia Street to Begbie Street, turn south on Begbie Street and cross the train tracks. River Market will be one block West after you cross the tracks.
There is paid parking adjacent to the market, in the RiverSky Parkade (Entrance off Quayside Drive just past the market to the west).

Take advantage of our unlimited monthly auto-renew membership without commitment. 7 days prior to your renewal you will receive an email reminder. If you no longer wish to renew, you may cancel then without penalty and enjoy the remaining 7 days of your month.
It is best to reserve your spot online. We do not have a point of purchase in the studio. Visit our website at www.yogaatthequay.com/classes-1 to select a class in the schedule. Once you log in, you can enter payment information or use your credit pass/membership stored in your account to finalize your booking.
No. All of our classes are beginner friendly. Creating accessibility and a supportive environment for all is our top priority. If you have any questions, injuries, or health concerns, please let us know prior to class.
- Yoga Mat (optional).
- A Positive Attitude: Relax, we're here to have a good time. Laugh when you feel funny, rest as you please, and be kind to yourself.
- Comfortable Clothing: Don't worry about buying new clothes. Non-revealing PJ's will do just fine.
- Water Bottle: While class might not be vigorous, it's a good idea to stay hydrated.
Class passes have no expiry date so you are welcome to use them at your leisure. Class passes are non-transferable and can only be used by one person.
Memberships start from the date of purchase. So purchase your membership and book your class on the date you'd like to get started. Please note our memberships are non-transferable and can only be used by one person.
